As a word having the same meaning, "uraraka"is used more freqently. The usage of "urara"is verly limited, i think. This word almost follows "Haru (spring)". "Haru-urara" is beautiful spring weather making peple want to have a little snooze. Very peaceful impression the word gives us. "uraraka" has another meaning of openhearted state of mind.

"urarakani-iikikasetaranwa, otonashiku-kikoenamashi (tsurezure-gusa)" means "If talking openly, my words would sound gently."
